Katie Carpenter's career began in New York City working for fashion designer, Isaac Mizrahi, on his television show for Oxygen Media. She has been a part of the Fischer Edit/FX team for over four years and edits television commercials, music videos and feature documentary films. She finds creative inspiration in new places and faces, photography, collage art, anything vintage, “Sesame Street,” birds, a good hike, her 92-year-old grandma and, above all else, music. These inspirations and experiences have helped her to develop a unique aesthetic that is seen and felt in the editorial work she creates.
