Jake ParkerVisual FX Supervisor / Flame Artist Jake Parker has been “working” in video/film production and post-production for the majority of his so-called adult life. His experience and interests are wide and diverse, and would be impossible to chronicle, if not for the scrapbook his dear mother lovingly assembled over the years. A man of many talents, Jake has extensive professional experience in cel animation, stop-motion animation, motion control and film-based visual effects. (In other lives he has also been a house painter, potter, golfer, janitor, plumber, grip and photographer.) Jake is a well-known Flame artist with over 15 years of experience on the software. In fact, he is among the first Flame artists in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD and is widely respected as such (that’s what we let him believe, anyway). Before stumbling into his perfect job at Fischer Edit/FX, he put in time at Bajus-Jones Film Corporation, Opticam (LA), Lamb & Company, Pixel Farm and Crash & Sue's. "I love what I do!" sez Jake.
